Use of Service
Syncra provides visualization tools intended to support EMDR sessions. You are responsible for compliance with laws and preventing PHI from being entered into the service.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled in the billing portal. Taxes may apply. No refunds for partial periods.
Tip: You can manage your plan, invoices, and payment methods any time via the Billing Portal.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- No infringement of others’ rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may revise these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
