Refund & Cancellation Policy

How we handle plan changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Subscription Changes

You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch between plans at any time using the Billing Portal. Plan changes take effect immediately and prorations may apply depending on your billing cycle.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Syncra operates on a no-refund policy. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you cancel during a billing period, your access will remain active until the end of that period.

Free Tier

A free plan is available. Cancelling a paid plan will automatically move your account back to the free tier, if available, with reduced functionality.
