Syncra was designed to minimize data collection and avoid storing Protected Health Information (PHI) by default. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- Account data. Name, email, username.
- Billing data. Managed by Stripe (card details are not stored on our servers).
- Usage data. Basic product interactions and settings to improve reliability.
Note: Do not enter PHI into Syncra. Keep sensitive client information in your own secure systems.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve Syncra, support billing, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted vendors:
- Stripe for payments and invoices.
- Google/Microsoft for optional social login.
- Hosting and error monitoring providers for reliability.
Your Rights
You can update your account, export certain data, or request deletion. Some records (e.g., invoices) may be retained to comply with law.
Security
We apply industry-standard controls appropriate for the data we store, and minimize retention wherever possible.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
